Specialty Abrasive for Metalworking

To complete your sanding needs Uneeda offers specialty abrasive for metalworking. If you are looking for cut off wheels, fiber disc, flap disc, or mounted points we are the supplier you need.


	Fiber Disc

				These discs are available in zirconium, ceramic, alumni oxide and silicon carbide. They have a heavy fiber backing to provide a long life. They can be used for heavy duty grinding.

	Flap Discs

				Flap Discs are for blending and finishing operation. In some instances flap discs can be used to replace the type-27 depressed centre discs. The flap disc can also be used for rust removal, and grinding of weld joints

	Depressed Center Wheels

				Uneeda offers these wheels in Zirconium, Aluminum Oxide and Silicon Carbide. They are an excellent choice for stainless steel.

	Spiral Bands

				Uneeda has spiral bands available from 1/4" to 6" diameters, and lengths from 1/2" to 9". Customers can select from Zirconium, Aluminume Oxide or Silicon Carbide. Resins are used to bond the abrasive to a heavy cloth material. All our Bands are manufactured with a jointless sanding surface. This allowes for a more consistante finish.

	Cutoff Wheels

				Cutoff Wheels are available in aluminum oxide for metal working and silicon carbide for stone, marble and concrete. A wide verity of sizes and thickness are available to meet your polishing and grinding need.

	Mounted Points

				Uneeda is proud to supply a full line of mounted points for reaching into tight areas to grind and debur. These small bonded abrasives are mounted on a permanent shaft and come in a variety of shapes and sizes to meet any grinding or deburring challenge.

	Cartidge Rolls

				Cartridge Rolls can be used for the finishing of metals. They are made from, Aluminume Oxide heavy cloth material, and come in a wide range of grit to suit your need.

	Uneeloc Disc

				Uneeloc Disc is a metal locking system, affixed to a high quality sanding disc. This system is comparable to the 3M tm roll lock system. The discs are available in 1-1/2” 2” and 3” and in many grit.

	Uneesurface

				UNEESURFACE is an impregnated non-woven abrasive, with a heavy scrim (fiber) backing used for metal and aluminum polishing and final finishing of metal. It offers a consistent scratch pattern and due to its open construction, resists clogging and runs at lower operating temperatures.
