Whether your application requires graphite or felt pads for wide belt sanding machines, rubber covers for pump sleeve sanding or backup pads for disc sanding, Uneeda can be a one stop shop for all your sanding needs.
Uneeda has a variety of sizes and specifications for your wide belt applications.
The felt is available in 1/8", 1/4", and 1/2" thick. It can be cut to size from 1/2" to 9" wide, and comes in 10 yard rolls. Thicker material is available by special order.
Graphite is used in wide belt applications to reduce heat and friction on the back of the sanding belt. Lowering the amount of heat will give better abrasive life and more consistent finish.
Uneeda carries a full line of back-up pads. They are available in 5” and 6” disc for orbital sanders. 3 x 4 and 3-2/3 x 7 for sheet sanders. All pads can be purchased in PSA (sticky back) or Uneevel (hook and loop). All pads are also available with vent holes for vacuum systems.
Every single curve and surface on each block has been designed for a purpose. Soft, rounded edges virtually eliminate gouging. The blocks are lightweight and designed to be comfortable no matter how you hold them. Six blocks per kit.
