Message from the President

It has been 43 years since Uneeda Enterprizes, Inc. was established and in that span we have grown from a fledgling startup to one of the most respected abrasive suppliers in North America. Since Herman Fuchs started the company in 1967, we have seen significant changes in the business landscape. Through hard work and determination, we have been able to adapt to all the challenges put in front of us to remain a strong and vibrant organization poised for growth as we come out of the great recession.

As with most companies, the past few years has been some of the most challenging we have ever seen but also a golden opportunity to re-evaluate how we do business and what is important to our employees, customers and suppliers. Through this re-evaluation process, our management group has spent a great deal of time and energy laying out a roadmap for the future by establishing a mission statement and set of corporate values that will be the foundation for our future growth and success. We are proud to call this initiative “Mission Not-Impossible.”

At the heart of this initiative is our Mission statement which reads:

We Pledge to be an industry leader, providing the best products, service, quality and value. By developing relationships and building trust, together we will achieve success.

Our mission statement is a commitment to how we envision our future. But the real soul of this initiative are the corporate values which we believe is what sets us apart from any other company. Our people are our greatest asset and without them, our success could not be possible. These corporate values will insure that we always keep what is important to us in the spotlight. Even when things look their most difficult, continued focus on our values will lead us to fulfill the goals we set.

As President of Uneeda Enterprizes, Inc., I am extremely proud of the effort put forth by everyone within the organization, putting us in a position where we can leverage our resources and expand on our past achievements. I want to thank our loyal customers and suppliers for their continued support and look forward to another 43 years of continued success.
